Cape Town (4 stars, the assembly venue), which is offered to assembly participants
and their partners at reduced rates when booked through Seasons
Travel. Double and single occupancy rooms are available.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund of reservations fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at
reservations@iaopa2012.co.za
as follows:
• Until 31st December 2011 - 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
• Between 1st January 2012 and 31st January 2012 -
75% refund (25% cancellation fee)
• Between 1st February 2012 and 29th February 2012 -
50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
• From 1st March, 2012 - No refund (100% cancellation fee)
